Ai paesi pieni di spezie e acqua! – al servizio dei più mostruosi sfruttamenti industriali o militari.
Arrivederci qui, che importa dove. Coscritti della buona volontà, avremo la filosofia feroce; ignoranti per la scienza, scaltri per il benessere; la morte per il mondo che avanza. È la vera marcia. Avanti, strada!

Farewell here, no matter where. Voluntary conscripts we’ll possess a fierce philosophy: ignorant of science, wily for our comforts: let the world go hang. That’s true progress. Forward – march!

Die Fahne marschiert in die unreine Landschaft, und unser Kauderwelsch erstickt die Trommel.
In den Hauptstädten werden wir die schamloseste Hurerei hochbringen. Wir werden die vernünftigen Empörungen niedermetzeln.
Hin in die gepfefferten und erschlafften Länder! – im Dienst der ungeheuerlichsten industriellen oder militärischen Ausbeutungen.
Auf Wiedersehen hier, ganz gleich wo. Rekruten des guten Willens, werden wir uns an die Philosophie der Barbarei halten; Stümper in der Wissenschaft, Wüstlinge im Genuß des behaglichen Lebens; krepieren muß die Welt, wie sie heute läuft. Das ist der wahre Fortschritt. Vorwärts los!
